DJ Whiz Kid house tape, 1981 (part2)

Here is the second part of the tape. This one is dedicated to my man Freeze.

But also a personal note to all of you. The fact that there where no comments about the first part of this tape (and earlier posts the last weeks) makes me sad. For me, the fun part of sharing is some feedback. Some comments about the tape or your personal memories about the early days of hip hop. Well, you know what i'm talking about.

  4. Thanks man. This is my first reply here, but you must know you make a lot of people very happy. This is a great tape. The only one i know with strictly deejaying and no mc's rapping or talking through the music. In that way it reminds me of the cd 'official adventures of Grandmaster Flash' released a few years ago.

What are the records he uses by the way?
    I recognize a lot, but a lot i don't know.
These are the one i recognize:

    Part 1

    1. Sequence - Tear The Roof Off
    2. T Ski Valley - Catch The Beat
    3. ????
    4. ????
    5. ??? - I Can't Stop?
    6. ??? - Hut?
    7. ??? - The Funk Is On?
    8. James Brown - Get Involved
    9. Funkadelic - You'll Like It Too
    10. ????
    11. Mohawks- The Champ
    12. Syl Johnson - Different Strokes
    13. ??? - Starwars?
    14. ????
    15. Uncle Louie - i like funky music

Can someone add the ones i don't know or correct me?

    Greetings, Jay L.
